Dumbbell hang cleans in 1-2 sets.
10+ burpees per minute pace.
Start at a fast pace and hold on.
STRATEGY
Remember to breathe on the burpees. Finish each set and pick up the dumbbell immediately.
Muscle cleaning will be faster, but move to the power variation if you start slowing down.
